Zen Baby Horse Blog Hop – Everyday Fail
Nothing says “Let’s have a break from this really heavy stuff” like a bunch of pictures of me failing with my saintly horse. This is a great blog hop idea from Zen and the Art of Baby Horse Management. Enjoy!
And that’s why the creature has a 5lb box of treats folks.

I still love that second to last photo where it looks like he’s dancing up to the jump. And a lot of those dont look like fails, just nanosecond off photo timing 😉
I think less fail and more awkward photo timing 😉
Oh, there is definitely some fail that has added to the awkward timing of some of these 🙂
Pony pictures! I think a lot of them are fine! I mean ok… he’s trotting over the log instead of jumping it, but that’s just energy conservation!
My favorite though is probably the one where you’re stuck over the oxer… Only because obviously everything worked out in the end!
Thanks for sharing!

The jumper one where we are stuck over the oxer ended up in poles EVERYWHERE and a fall the next fence… but it was a good learning experience and neither horse nor rider got injured 🙂
I love the log trotting one. 🙂
Haha, I love this! Not so much horse fail as photography timing fail.

Simon’s expression in these is just priceless!
Love this! I agree, a few timing fails!
Nope sorry you cheated – the first one isn’t a fail, I see nothing wrong with your position or his form over that size fence. 🙂 But I LOVE the look on his face in both pics over the cowboy jump. Simon’s “oh sh-t face” is truly priceless.
Untrue! I caught his mouth and got left behind in the first photo 🙂 The brown oxer is the most worried Simon has EVER been. He did NOT like our outcome there!
This blog hop is great. I love your photos. I like to think of those moments as learning experiences.
That big trot step up to the lattice vertical — AMAZING SIMON! I’m glad this hop has legs. Erin is right, they are all learning experiences!!
See, that was actually a jump we were cantering so… 🙂
The second to last one is my favorite. If that’s not a magical unicorn pose, I don’t know what is 🙂
Awesome sauce!
What a good boy!
lol something about fail pics, i just LOVE them!! maybe they’re more clearly etched in memory or something? haha idk but these are great!
