My Equestrian Scavenger Hunt
Originally I pictured this post being full of items deep from the trenches of the internet, but then some awesome bloggers were WAY more creative than I was to begin with and did a stellar job with all of their own photographs.
Braymere Custom Saddlery took this idea to my favorite 1:9 scale world, and I cooed over the photos like a small child. Then Carly from Poor Woman Showing won at life with the amazing Bobby, and Sprinkler Bandit did a stand up job as well. With Howling Owl Farm found some cool entries and with Maggie Memoirs rounding out with more original photographs, I decided to take a trip down memory lane for this.
Since I’m not as funny as Carley and SB and I don’t have model horses anymore, I present to you my somewhat boring hodge podge of photos from years past! Today it’s either scavenger hunt photos or “how I keep yelling at the car repair place”, but since this isn’t Yelp I’ll just stick to horse photos.

Love it! I want horse #2….
Think if I ask nicely someone will buy horse #2 for me?
It never hurts to ask!
Excellent pick me up post – thanks lady ☺
#1 looks like something I need to clone Bobby for and try. Because Bobby is here for my pleasure/to torture with anything I see on the internet.
what on earth is going on in #1?? lol nice pics tho!
Is that pony wearing a grazing rein? Lol. Not gonna lie I fell off a mini donkey once as a kid because it stopped to graze.
Ha! Skunk. Perfect. All of it is perfect.
These are hilarious!!!!!!!
There is a Friesian farm near me that is involved with all the local events and they do that riding-driving thing all the time. Can’t for the life of me remember what it’s called?
Anyway, they also combine it with trick riding – it gets pretty ridiculous. At least the horses are nice to put up with it all!
Bad pony in #3!!
